Subject : Complaint about some damages of the goods

Dear Sir or Madam,
Through this letter i inform you that my order had arrived on time. However, after i checked the products you sent , there are some goods damages.

The damages are :
1. Packaging is damaged so that the goods is little bit dirty 
2. 2 unit of rusty clothes hanger
3. 1 unit of broken toothpaste dispenser

For the evidence, i will send you back the damage products to be re-check by your company.

I hope in the future, i would not receive anymore damaged products like this. If this thing happen again, i am sorry that i will not shop at your online shop anymore and i will give a low star rating.
